Bong-Ra, also known as Jason Könen, has released a new album titled 'Meditations' under the Tartarus Records label. The album is a mix of free jazz, experimental electronic, and doom metal, featuring jazz percussion, howling saxophones, and ritual chants. Each of the four compositions is named after Stoic virtues. The album is a tribute to Marcus Aurelius' masterpiece and is supported by drummer Eugene Bodenstaff, jazz saxophonist Colin Webster, and Dmitry El-Demerdashi.
